Mossyrock's College and Career Night was a great success. Thank you to everyone who participated in this event and to the students who came out to learn about the different career paths.

Just a reminder... College & Career Night Wednesday, 11/1 -5:30-7:30 Staff and students are encouraged to wear college shirts to school too if they want.

Last week's elementary staff spotlight was Julie Cole. The phrase, "I don't know, ask Julie" is often heard by many as Julie always is in the know and draws from her wealth of knowledge about the staff, students, and community. She has a great sense of humor that makes work more enjoyable for those around her. If you've had a pleasure of speaking with her, you'd know that she's the REAL leader of the school. Thanks for all you do, Julie!

Last week's elementary staff spotlight was Linda Moore! Linda is a hardworking, kindhearted educator that supports all the students in our school. She is always smiling and has a great effect on the culture of the school. Linda works in our reading room where she works with students in small groups, building relationships and engaging students in learning. Thanks for everything you do, Linda!

The Mossyrock Football Team sent the Winlock Cardinals flying home after defeating them 56-0 on Friday night.

FAMILY INCOME SURVEYS Please help the school by submitting the Family Income Survey by Oct. 26th. This survey helps us identify lower income families. This will help us receive more Title money. Also, if families qualify and submit the Consent to Share Form, we help with ASB cards and school related items. You can find the survey on our website under Food Service.

This week we are starting our elementary school staff spotlight. Krystal Schwartz has been working hard to support her students in her second grade classroom. If you see her at school, she's always smiling. She sets a great example for others when working with her students by meeting them at their needs. She collaborates well with other staff and always has a smile. Thank you Krystal for what you do!
