Tonight's Girls Basketball Game v RSB has some changes. Due to injuries and sickness RSB will not have enough for a JV team, so that game is cancelled. We will move the start time of the Varsity game up to 6:00.

Dear families, I am writing this letter regarding the status of the junior high building. The forensic engineer has completed his inspection and issuedΒ has declared the building safe for occupancy and use. TheΒ shoring process, which has stabilized the affected structural areas was successful. Please note that the gym will remain closed indefinitely as further evaluation and planning continue. However, beginningΒ Β Monday, December 8, the building can be used fully as it was prior to the rupture of the second chord that required the buildingβs closure. Mossyrock Schools are on a two-hour delayed start for today, Nov. 17th, 2025.
Mossyrock School District would like to remind our Viking families that there will be no school tomorrow, Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in observance of Veterans Day.
We also want to extend our sincerest gratitude to every Veteran who joined us for our honor ceremony today. Your service, your stories, and your presence mean more to our students, staff, and community than words can express. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of celebrating you.

Today our Kindergarten class finished their ABC Boot Camp! Students learned their letter identification lowercase and their letter sounds. Each year we see great growth after this Boot Camp the students took home a paper sack vest and decorated with the letter they were assigned. Way to go little Vikings!

Mossyrock Elementary has a new face this year! Angela Bacon has joined our staff as Elementary Principal. She is a wonderful addition to our building, winning the hearts of both staff and students. For Boss's Day, we wanted to celebrate her with matching "Everything is better with (Ms.) Bacon t-shirts in our way to make her feel appreciated and loved. Mission accomplished!
